KMC Warangal in addition to providing world-class technical and Professional Education, it takes great care of the welfare of its students. The Institute runs a Boys and Girls hostel in the Campus under the aegis of Ekasila Education Society, which accommodates 750 students.

Hostels are also provided with Guest Room facilities for the stay of Parents. A separate room is provided for watching Television and for reading Newspapers. Television is connected with Tata Sky and borders of each room are at their disposal a Hindu daily newspaper.

Boarders are provided with Mineral Water for drinking purpose. An ambulance along with a driver is at their disposal during the night times for use at the time of an emergency.
